Union Cemetery, Calgary

Calgary is not an old city by any means. I think almost every building in the city was built after 1890 – any of the ones still standing. We have a pretty neat cemetery fairly close to downtown though and it has many older graves and memorials. It also has a nice view of downtown. We went there just as the sun was setting and I got a couple really neat pictures with the full moon in the background. This is one of the oldest grave yards in Calgary for sure and it was really cool walking around on a gorgeous evening just before fall!

Thanks for visiting!!
